Bank of America corrects Cusip for buffered leveraged notes on the Dow

Madison, Wis., Nov. 10 – Bank of America Corp. corrected the Cusip number for its upcoming 0% buffered leveraged notes due Nov. 26, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to an amended 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Cusip number is 06048WQA1, instead of 06053M690 as previously disclosed.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.2 to 1.3 times the index gain. The exact upside participation rate will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 25% and will share in losses at a rate of 1.3333% per 1% drop beyond 25%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 21 and settle on Nov. 26.
