Barclays plans to price buffered Super Track notes linked to the Dow

New York, Oct. 3 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index stays flat or falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% drop beyond the 15% buffer.
The notes (Cusip: 06741UKM5) will price on Oct. 28 and settle on Oct. 31.
