BNP Paribas plans digital certificate plus notes linked to Dow

Tacoma, Wash., April 11 - BNP Paribas, New York Branch plans to price 0% digital certificate plus notes due April 30, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a term sheet.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the contingent minimum return and the index return. The contingent minimum return is expected to be 15.25% to 19.25% and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.

The notes are expected to price April 25 and settle April 30.
The Cusip number is 05574LYK8.
