Morgan Stanley plans buffered PLUS due 2019 linked to the Dow

Madison, Wis., Sept. 23 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 115% of any gain in the index.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the 25% buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 61762W174) are expected to price in September and settle in October.
