BNP Paribas plans to price buffered uncapped notes linked to the Dow

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Nov. 7 - BNP Paribas plans to price 0% buffered uncapped notes due Nov. 29, 2017 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a term sheet.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

The exact terms will be set at pricing.

BNPP Securities is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 05574LSA7) will price Nov. 25 and settle Nov. 29.
