New Issue: HSBC prices $555,000 autocallable barrier notes linked to Dow, Russell, Nasdaq
New York, April 18 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $555,000 of 0% autocallable barrier notes with step-up premium due July 20, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Starting on Jan. 17, 2024, the notes will be called automatically if the level of the worst performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any semiannual observation date at a premium of 15.2% per year.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index finishes at or above its 70% barrier level. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.
