New York, March 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $438,000 of 0% dual directional buffered PLUS due April 3, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus 113% of the worst performing index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 10% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
