New Issue: Barclays prices $3.45 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., March 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.45 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 1, 2029 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 39.8% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 39.8%.
