New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.11 million autocallable barrier securities on Dow, Nasdaq, Russell

New York, March 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.11 million of 0% autocallable barrier securities due Feb. 28, 2029 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 10.55% if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on Feb. 26, 2025.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of that index’s return.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above its 70% final barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the final barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
