New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.08 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on Dow, ETF

Chicago, Feb. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.08 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Fe 7, 2029 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive par plus 1.665 times the return of the lesser performing asset if both finish positive.

If either asset declines but if both finish above the 80% barrier level, investors will receive par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the worse performer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
