New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.47 million enhanced barrier digital notes linked to Dow, Russell, S&P

New York, Feb. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.47 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Oct. 2, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index finishes above its 65% final barrier level, then the payout at maturity will be par plus the 9.4% digital payment. Otherwise, the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
