New Issue: GS Finance prices $3 million Dow-linked notes due 2030

Chicago, Jan. 23 - GS Finance Corp. priced $3 million of 0% notes due Feb. 7, 2030 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above 101% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 1.78 times the return of the index minus 1%, capped at $2,085.80 for each $1,000 note.

Investors will receive par if the index finishes between 96% and 101% of its initial level.

If the index finishes between 88% and 96% of its initial level, investors will lose 1.5% for each 1% decline beyond a 4% buffer.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.

The final index level will be the arithmetic average from Nov. 2, 2029 to Feb. 4, 2030.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
