New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.07 million enhanced trigger jump securities on indexes

Chicago, Dec. 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.07 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Jan. 2, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.75%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
