New Issue: Citigroup prices $1 million buffer securities linked to three-index basket

Chicago, Nov. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% buffer securities due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the basket return. Investors will receive par if the basket declines but ends above the 20% buffer and will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
