New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.14 million buffer notes linked to Dow, Russell, S&P
New York, Nov. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.14 million of 0% buffer securities due Nov. 5, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 148% of the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends above the 95% buffer level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
