New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.05 million trigger jump securities linked to three indexes
New York, Oct. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.05 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Oct. 4, 2028 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that index's return and 67%.
Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above the 70% trigger level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the trigger level.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
