New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.19 million uncapped digital barrier notes linked to three indexes
New York, Oct. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.19 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Sept. 29, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that index’s return and 60.25%.
The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above its 70% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
