New Issue: JPMorgan prices $250,000 uncapped digital barrier notes linked to ARK ETF, Dow

Chicago, Sept. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Sept. 3, 2027 linked to the lesser performing of the ARK Innovation ETF and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset ends above its 60% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing asset return and 97%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
