Chicago, Sept. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $739,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 12%. If the index declines but not more than 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the index declines beyond its 10% buffer.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
