New Issue: BofA Finance prices $859,000 digital return plus notes linked to S&P, Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., July 19 – BofA Finance LLC priced $859,000 of 0% digital return plus notes due Jan. 14, 2027 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus 31% and par plus the return of the lowest performing index.

Investors will receive par if the worst performer declines but finishes at or above its 70% threshold and be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer if it finishes below the threshold.
