New Issue: UBS prices $653,000 trigger yield notes on Dow, Nasdaq, S&P

Chicago, Jan. 29 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $653,000 of 8.4% trigger yield notes due Feb. 7, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of the laggard asset is less than 70% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to all losses of the laggard asset.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
