New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $416,000 enhanced trigger jump notes on indexes

Chicago, May 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $416,000 of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Jan. 24, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.15%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
