New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.44 million capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes on Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.44 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Nov. 13, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 17.34%.

If the index declines but finishes at or above its 85% buffer level, investors will receive par.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
