New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.28 million uncapped digital accelerated barrier notes on Dow, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., May 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.28 million of 0% uncapped digital accelerated barrier notes due May 10, 2028 linked to the performance of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the laggard index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus 1.185 times the return of the laggard index and par plus 40%.

If the laggard index declines by no more than 45%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
