Morgan Stanley plans to price market-linked notes linked to Dow

New York, May 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% market-linked notes due May 29, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the appreciation of the index subject to a maximum return of 18% to 23%. The exact maximum return percentage will be determined at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 25 and settle on May 31.

The Cusip number is 61774XVY6.
