New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.53 million trigger jump securities linked to Dow, Russell

New York, April 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.53 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Oct. 26, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the worst performing index is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that index's return and 58.5%.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above the 75% trigger level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the trigger level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
