New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.57 million capped accelerated barrier notes linked to Dow, two ETFs

New York, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.57 million of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due April 20, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund and the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 500% of the return of that asset, capped at par plus 81%.

The payout will be par if the worst performing asset declines but finishes at or above its 55% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
