New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.22 million dual directional accelerated barrier notes on Dow, Nasdaq
Chicago, Feb. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.22 million of 0% uncapped dual directional accelerated barrier notes due May 2, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 109% of the return of the worst performing index.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above the 75% barrier.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it ends below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
