New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.12 million enhanced buffered jump securities on Dow, S&P

Chicago, Jan. 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.12 million of 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due Jan. 27, 2028 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the 80% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing index return and 35%.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the 20% buffer amount.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
