New Issue: Citigroup prices $12.28 million barrier securities linked to Dow Jones industrial, S&P 500

New York, Nov. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $12.28 million of 0% barrier securities due Oct. 13, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 130.15% of the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends above the 70% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
