New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million uncapped buffered digital notes on S&P, Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% uncapped buffered digital notes due Nov. 1, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above 80% of their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus 36.5% and par plus the return of the laggard index.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
