New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $563,000 digital plus barrier notes on Dow, S&P, Nasdaq

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $563,000 of 0% digital plus barrier notes due March 3, 2027 linked to the lowest performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain of the laggard index and 43%.

If any index falls but not by more than 25%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
