New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.53 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on three indexes
New York, Oct. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.53 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Sept. 21, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 190% of the return of that index.
The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above its 70% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
