New Issue: JPMorgan prices $575,000 review notes linked to Dow, S&P

Chicago, Oct. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $575,000 of 0% review notes due Feb. 21, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus 8.3% per year on Aug. 15, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the least performing index closes at or above its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
