New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1 million enhanced trigger jump notes on Nasdaq, Russell, Dow

Chicago, Oct. 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due March 16, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the 75%downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.5%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
