New York, May 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.38 million of 0% capped notes due May 25, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index capped at par plus 53%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
