New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $384,000 equity-linked partial principal at risk notes on indexes

Chicago, May 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $384,000 of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Nov. 6, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of least performing index up to a maximum payout of par plus 45%.

If the least performing index finishes flat or falls, investors will receive par plus the least performing index return, subject to a minimum return of $900 per $1,000 of notes.
