New Issue: Citigroup prices $2 million 6.5% equity-linked securities on S&P, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, May 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2 million of 6.5% equity-linked securities due May 19, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout will be par if the worst-performing index finishes at or above its 60% threshold level. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst-performing index.
