New Issue: JPMorgan prices $350,000 autocallable barrier notes linked to indexes, ETF

New York, May 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $350,000 of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Oct. 23, 2024 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically, starting April 18, 2022 and on any subsequent semi-annual review date, at a premium of 10% per year if the worst performing asset closes at or above its initial value on the relevant determination date.

If the worst performing asset gains, the payout will be par plus the worst performing asset return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset declines but ends at or above its 70% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
