New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.02 million review notes linked to Dow, Russell, S&P
New York, May 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.02 million of 0% review notes due May 11, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index ends above its 50% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
Starting May 9, 2023, the notes will be called automatically at par plus an annualized premium of 7% if each index closes at or above its call value, 95% of its initial level, on any quarterly review date.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
