New Issue: Scotia prices $12.65 million capped notes linked to Dow

Columbus, Ohio, March 29 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $12.65 million of 0% capped notes due March 31, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 71.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any index decline beyond 20%.
