New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $601,000 trigger jump securities linked to Dow, Russell

Chicago, March 22 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $601,000 of 0% trigger jump securities due Sept. 22, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that index's return and 43%. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above the trigger level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the trigger level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
