New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.82 million uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes on indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., March 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.82 million of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes March 12, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the worst performer, if each index finishes above initial levels.
If the worst performer declines no farther than its 80% buffer level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of that index’s return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer below 20%.
