New Issue: UBS sells $3.24 million trigger autocallable notes on Dow, Russell, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 28 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.24 million of 0% trigger autocallable notes due April 28, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus an 8.5% annualized premium if each index closes at or above its 92% call level on any semiannual observation date after one year.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 75% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index.
