New Issue: Citigroup sells $3.27 million dual directional buffer securities on indexes, ETF

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.27 million of 0% dual directional buffer digital securities due Oct. 5, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the least performing asset finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain of the worst performer or par plus 28%.

If the least-performing asset finishes flat or falls by up to 15%, payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing asset beyond 15%.
