Chicago, Nov. 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.74 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Nov. 9, 2023 tied to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index closes at or above its initial level on Nov. 14, 2022, the notes will be called at par plus 8.65%.
If the notes are not called and each index finishes above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the lesser performing index return.
If the lesser performer finishes flat or falls by no more than 20% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
