New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $548,000 enhanced trigger jump securities on Nasdaq, Dow, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $548,000 of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Nov. 5, 2026 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the each index’s final level is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 70% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus 20.5% and par plus the return of the least performing index. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from its initial level.
