New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.02 million uncapped barrier notes on S&P, Nasdaq, Dow

Chicago, Oct. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.02 million of 0% uncapped barrier notes due March 28, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 423B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the plus return of the least performing index.

If the least performing index finishes flat or falls by up to 36.7%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines.
