New Issue: Barclays prices $15.41 million capped notes linked to Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $15.41 million of 0% capped notes due Sept. 24, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuer sold $10.05 million principal amount of the issue at 99.5. The proceeds of the issue totaled $15.35 million.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 61.2%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
