New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.56 million index-linked notes on Nasdaq, Dow, Russell

Chicago, July 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.56 million of 0% index-linked notes due May 29, 2026 tied to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus the return of the least-performing index and the threshold settlement amount of $1,225 per each $1,000 face amount of notes.
If any index falls by up to 30%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the least-performing index’s return.
If any index falls by more than 30%, investors will be exposed to the losses of the least-performing index.
